Bosque Real, a prominent real estate company based in Estado de Mexico, specializes in developing luxurious apartments and residences. With a commitment to providing a unique lifestyle experience, Bosque Real sought to enhance its online presence by creating a dynamic website that effectively showcased their properties and the exclusive lifestyle associated with them. Additionally, the client required a platform that would enable their in-house team to easily manage and update content, ensuring the website remained current and reflective of the latest offerings.

We developed a bespoke CMS tailored to Bosque Real's requirements. This custom solution allowed the client's team to effortlessly manage and update property listings, descriptions, images, and other relevant content on the website. The CMS was designed to be user-friendly, ensuring that even team members with minimal technical expertise could navigate and update the site efficiently.

As the project manager for the Bosque Real real estate website development, my responsibilities revolved around ensuring effective communication between the client and the development team. I served as the primary point of contact between Bosque Real and the development team. Through regular meetings, discussions, and updates, I ensured a clear understanding of the client's vision, goals, and expectations. This involved translating the client's requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.

I was responsible for developing a comprehensive project plan that outlined timelines, milestones, and deliverables. This plan served as a roadmap for the development team and provided the client with a clear understanding of the project's progression. Coordination of tasks, resource allocation, and risk management were integral components of this planning process.

By actively managing the project, I played a pivotal role in fostering collaboration, maintaining clear lines of communication, and ensuring the successful delivery of the Bosque Real real estate website, meeting both the client's vision and the project's objectives.
